2 Timothy 4:5
“But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.”

Paul’s final instruction is concise and demanding. Watchfulness. Endurance. Evangelism. Faithfulness. He does not call Timothy to innovation, popularity, or ease—he calls him to finish well. Revival produces this same resolve: a commitment to contending for souls until the end.

To “watch in all things” is to remain spiritually alert. Complacency is dangerous. Drift is subtle. Revival sharpens awareness so the church does not grow careless in a hostile world.

“Endure afflictions” acknowledges the cost. Evangelism will bring resistance. Obedience may bring hardship. Revival does not promise escape—it supplies strength. Endurance becomes evidence of genuine faith.

“Do the work of an evangelist” reminds us that evangelism is not reserved for a few—it is the responsibility of the church. Revival reclaims this calling, not as pressure, but as privilege.

Finally, Paul calls for completion: “make full proof of thy ministry.” Finish the race. Fulfill the calling. Leave nothing undone that obedience requires. Revival shapes a people who are less concerned with how they are remembered and more concerned with being faithful.

March ends here—not exhausted, but resolved. January awakened us. February unified us. March sent us. The work continues beyond the calendar.

Contend for souls. Speak while there is time. Endure until the end. Christ is worthy—and eternity is at stake.
