The month of resurrection celebration ends with a divine call to proclamation. The empty tomb was never meant to be a secret—it was meant to be declared to every corner of the earth. After rising from the dead, Jesus commissioned His followers: “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). The resurrection is not only a truth to be treasured—it is a gospel to be preached.
We live in a world desperate for hope, truth, and life. And we have all three in the risen Christ. The message of the gospel is not complicated: Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3–4). This is the power of God unto salvation, and it is our joy and duty to proclaim it—boldly, clearly, and passionately.
Proclaiming the risen Christ is not just the job of missionaries or pastors—it belongs to every believer. The same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead now dwells in you, giving you boldness and clarity to speak His name. Whether it’s through a conversation with a neighbor, a testimony at work, or a simple invitation to church, every act of witness echoes the victory of resurrection.
As we close this resurrection month, let’s not close our mouths. Let’s go forward, filled with resurrection power, carrying resurrection hope, and proclaiming a risen Savior to a dying world. Jesus lives—and because He lives, the gospel must go forth. May our lives be loud with the message of His victory, until the whole world hears: Christ is risen indeed!
